LG CineBeam Qube

LG has introduced a retro-styled projector designed to seamlessly complement other collectables and artefacts on a display shelf. The CineBeam Qube sports an aesthetic reminiscent of a vintage box camera, yet its capabilities extend beyond its classic appearance, transforming indoor spaces into cinematic experiences.

Measuring 80 mm in width, 135 mm in depth, and 135 mm in height, and weighing a mere 1.49 kg, this compact projector features a 360-degree rotatable handle, meaning you can easily relocate it within your home. Despite its vintage design and compact size, the CineBeam Qube is surprisingly powerful, capable of projecting 4K UHD resolution images up to 120 inches. Equipped with an RGB laser light source and cutting-edge image refining technologies, it boasts a 450,000:1 contrast ratio and covers 154 per cent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. In addition to projecting vibrant, rich colours and deep blacks, the device’s Auto Screen Adjustment function optimizes image placement and size for crisp, sharp visuals.

Running on LG webOS 6.0, the CineBeam Qube provides user-friendly access to popular streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube. It supports HDMI with eARC and USB Type C inputs. This projector is among LG’s upcoming products showcased at this year’s CES in Las Vegas and is expected to be available on the market later this year.
