There are countless trading cards in the world that cater to different types of collectors. However, until now, there hasn’t been a premium trading card series centred around automotive themes. Tarmac Works, a pioneer in creating realistic model cars and a passionate promoter of car culture with a playful spirit, aims to change that narrative. In celebration of its tenth anniversary, the company introduces Tarmac Cards, the inaugural premium collection of automotive collectors and trading cards.
Tarmac Cards will be available for purchase as a collection or as part of bundles alongside Tarmac Works model cars. The brand has already announced partnerships with renowned automotive manufacturers such as Swedish high-performance sports car manufacturer Koenigsegg, with each model car combo pack including a uniquely designed Koenigsegg card, set to launch in April. Other big names for upcoming collaborations include RWB and Liberty Walk.
To commemorate the launch, Tarmac Works is now hosting an exhibition at AMAZ by Lokianno in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay. The exhibition will showcase a curated selection of its exquisite model cars and feature giant installations of Tarmac Cards. Visitors will also have the opportunity to preview the upcoming automotive collectors and trading cards, plus the chance to acquire a pack of rare Concept Pack cards, which will not be available for sale. Automotive enthusiasts won’t want to miss this event.
