Leica M Monochrom “Drifter”

Rock musician Lenny Kravitz is back with another collaboration with Leica. The photography enthusiast’s first project with the camera brand was the 2015 M-P “Correspondent” that paid homage to his father’s Leica used for covering the Vietnam War. For this second collaboration, “Drifter” stays true to the musician’s style and way of life.

The Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) is now covered in special paint in sepia brown, while the flash shoe, thumb wheel and shutter button are made of untreated brass. The python skin wrapping around the camera body as well as the strap is actually made of vegan leather. The set includes  the Summicron-M 28 f/2 ASPH lens with special built-in, extendable lens hood and the Summicron-M 75 f/2 ASPH. lens. In addition to two vintage-style lens cases, two small pouches as well as a traveller bag are also included. Only 125 sets will be available.
