Fiat 500 “Spiaggina ’58”

Fiat launched the 500 Jolly Spiaggina, a small beach buggy that celebrated the happiness of life in 1958. 60 years later, the Italian automaker is bringing it back with the Fiat 500 “Spiaggina ’58” limited to 1958’s version of the vehicle.

The Spiaggina ’58 convertible features the unique Volare Blue paint paired with an ivory fabric roof. Retro styling with vintage logos and 16-inch wheels and the white beltline. Inside it has a two-tone interior that looks similar to a classic car, but is filled with modern amenities such as digital display, touch screen for infotainment, navigation support and more.

Additionally, Garage Italia and Pininfarina have taken this occasion to collaborate to create the “Spiaggina by Garage Italia” show car. Volare Blue body is paired with Perla White and the roof has been removed like the original. The front seats are replaced with tailor-made bench and the leather upholstery is finished with waterproof treatment, making it more user friendly for trips to  the beach. The rear seats are turned into a large compartment with a built-in shower. The lowered windscreen and yacht deck-like floor are also significanf touches for giving the car a summery vibe. While the Spiaggina by Garage Italia is a show car, the modifications and features will be available later for converting a standard Fiat 500.
