Arkham Knight joins the rally
CARESTO's ARKHAM CAR for 2016 Gumball 3000

This year’s annual Gumball 3000 Rally brought together more than a hundred of the world’s most expensive supercars and car enthusiasts taking the start in Dublin on Saturday and the checkered flag in Bucharest. Recently, we discovered the Batcave using Google Maps, and at this year’s Gumball 3000, we witnessed this fierce Batmobile challenging the field. It was without question the most significant car of the event.

Built from scratch by Swedish car company Caresto and raced by Team Galag, their Batmobile took its appearance from the “Batman: Arkham Knight” video game series but was redesigned and manufactured with drivability and full functionality in mind. With a wheelbase of 3.40 meters and a width of 2.5 meters, their Arkham Batmobile is powered by a Lamborghini Gallardo’s 5.2-litre V10. The car’s exterior is made entirely of carbon fiber, and the team did a superb job of making everything resemble the Batmobile in the video game.

If you have missed this year’s Gumball 3000, check out the video above to catch this outrageous-looking supercar. Next year’s Gumball 3000 rally has been confirmed to start in Riga and finish in Mykonos.
