World’s Smallest Phone
Zanco Tiny T1

With the constant advance of technology, most gadgets are getting smaller and lighter. Smartphones, though, are an exception as people lean towards bigger screens. The question is, if we remove all the ‘smart’ functions we’ve come to rely upon, how tiny can a mobile phone be? Zanco has given us the answer with the world’s smallest fully functional mobile phone, the Tiny T1.

The Tiny T1 is 46.7 mm x 21 mm x 12 mm, which is similar to a standard USB, and weighs just 13 g. Of course you cannot expect any fancy functionality on such a small device, but it does cover the basics – calling and texting – on the 12.5 mm single coloured OLED screen. It also includes 13 voice changers. The phone is charged via micro USB and offers three days standby and 180 minutes talk time. It should be noted the tiny phone only operates on 2G network with a nano-SIM. If you would like a back up phone for emergencies, the Tiny T1 could be a convenient option. It can now be ordered on Kickstarter and delivery is expected May 2018.
