Fashion and lifestyle brand Kith is a firm believer of collaborative projects. From sneakers and tees to gadgets and toys, endless interesting products can be found from its initiatives. One of the latest is the Kith for Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, which is actually the very first time Bose forms a partnership with a fashion brand.
The brand-new earbuds have a unique silhouette. Instead of inserting the earbuds firmly inside the ear canals like how most traditional earbuds are worn, users wear them as if they are wearing ear cuffs. The collab earbuds wrap around the out edge of the user’s ears, and with a non-slip grip and a flexible joint for stability and easy on-and-off, they are made for long hours wearing with excellent comfortability. The earbuds are available in matte black and feature a Kith logo in Bose’s iconic block lettering specially designed for this project.
Bose has showcased its expertise to make these earbuds work as great as they look. Its OpenAudio technology enables users to hear the outside world during audio playback, but still keeping the audio content private as people around won’t be able to listen in. The sound is projected into the wearer’s ears, with Bose Immersive Audio contributing for music spatialisation. Kith for Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have a long-lasting battery with up to 7.5 hours of play time, plus up to 19.5 hours of additional play time with a fully charged case.
