This desktop gadget functions as both a speakerphone and a recorder equipped with bi-directional noise cancellation. It supports various communication platforms such as Zoom, Teams, standard phone calls, and messaging apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, as well as podcasts. When paired with the HiNotes app, HiDock H1 unleashes its full potential, providing voice recording with ChatGPT-powered transcription and summarization.
Capable of recording in 57 languages for up to four consecutive hours, users can train HiNotes to recognize different speakers by their names, streamlining the note-taking process for future use. The VoiceMark function is another valuable feature, allowing users to quickly hit the HiDock key during recording to have specific content analyzed by AI and highlighted in the transcription.
Setting up the HiDock H1 is remarkably straightforward: connect the power adapter to the HiDock H1, then link it to a computer or smartphone via USB-C or Bluetooth, and it’s ready to use. Even without utilizing the AI-supported functions, HiDock H1 serves as an 11-port dock to keep the desk organized and as a Hi-Fi Bluetooth Speaker. Additionally, it comes with an earphone, enabling users to discreetly step away from their desk during a conference call.
Following a highly successful Kickstarter campaign at the end of last year, HiDock H1 is now available for pre-order on Indiegogo and the HiDock official site, starting at HK$2,100, with estimated delivery beginning in March.
