As the president and founder of Efficiency Lab for Architecture, Aybars Asci is also the winner of the Walker Zanger and KAZA Concrete Tile Design Competition in partnership with Architectural Digest. This was achieved by presenting his beautiful work “Liquid Forms”. The name itself goes a long way in explaining the concept of the design, it is an expression of flow and movement in solid form.

To the designer Aybars Asci, it is very important to create a single tile design which can generate multiple patterns, and the different patterns generated should have unique visual qualities. Hence, different textures and visual illusions can be created according to the brightness of available light, and it is believed that this design will shed light for architects and interior designers. Repetition may not be just about boredom, but infinite possibilities too.
