“Sounds” Like Tequila
Bellaphone No.7

Meant for our leisure, a home audio system can also serve as a decorative accent to your home; a good case in point is the “Bellaphone” wooden horn speaker by American furniture design company Fiddle + Hammer. Designed by sculptor and violinist Jordan Waraksa, who has also founded the design house, this antique gramophone-like speaker uses reclaimed Herradura Tequila barrel wood that provides perfect resonance for crisp and clear sound.

Shown here is the 7th generation of the Bellaphone series. Paired with a matching wooden amplifier, the speaker measures 54H x 25W x 22L. The Bellaphone is a mix of exquisite craftsmanship and materials in the form of modern art, so it is no wonder that the work appeared in the “WantedDesign” exhibition held in Manhattan earlier this year.
