Alpine Jeep Wrangler “Hellbender”

Car media system specialist Alpine presented a heavily tuned Jeep Wrangler concept built by Define Customs at SEMA this year. Named after the amphibious Hellbender Salamander and based on the Wrangler Unlimited, its “Hellbender” concept is perfect for an off-road party.

The concept features a few Smittybilt components, including Apollo front and rear bumpers, Apollo fender flares and Stingray hood, but the most noticeable modification is probably the lack of doors. Other changes include revised suspension, wheels, head lights and roof lights. Cameras are also seamlessly integrated into the bumpers.

Music is a must for all parties and the Hellbender is equipped with the PSS-22WRA sound system which consists of nine speakers, two compact amplifiers, and an enclosed subwoofer. Another Alpine addition is the X209-WRA-OR infotainment system that includes navigation, Bluetooth wireless technology, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto controlled through the 9-inch touch screen. Both systems are weather resistant for off-road journeys.
