Hong Kong-based esports organisation Talon has just ventured into a new sector of business and launched its first street fashion collection. It’d be short-sighted to dismiss the 11-piece Spring/Summer collection as your usual merchandise line, as Lance Chiu, Chief Design Officer of Talon, used to work as Studio Design Director at Nike Asia Pacific.

Celebrating Talon’s recent triumphant results, including its crowning as ROV 2020 Winter Champions at Arena of Valor Thailand and a Top 10 finish at League of Legends Worlds 2020, the collection is a tribute to fans and supporters from around the world and comprises five T-shirts, two hoodies, two joggers, and two caps. Themed on the new season mantra “Soar With Talon”, the pieces are offered in unisex designs with a classic palette of black, white, crimson and grey. Modern typographics and brand-inspired imagery adorn the street-savvy silhouettes, while the teams’ evergreen falcon logomark plays an essential role. Inspirations are also drawn from artistic interpretations of the kinematic study of bird aerodynamics as well as digitised HUD cyber interfaces.
