We sure talk a lot about the future these days, and here is another conceptual automotive design by talented designer from Turin, Italy, Navaneeth Kannan. He asked himself, “what could an Infiniti EV look like” in the year 2025. To answer his question, he came up with a conceptual Q50 EV that could hypothetically compete with the Tesla Model S on the road.

Kannan’s envisioned Q50 EV emphasises the electric drivetrain while avoiding the stereotypes of EVs, which results in relatively clean surfacing and bold architecture that quietly hint of the powertrain while remaining driver focused.

The Q50 EV looks similar to the current Q50, which evokes the feeling of waves and motion but with a more driver-oriented design, giving a maximum sense of control over the vehicle. A seating configuration of 1+3 was employed; the front passenger seat faces the rear seat passengers to create a sense of togetherness among the passengers while providing a lounge-like environment for the passengers.
