A project named Future Library was led by artist Katie Paterson, started to plan trees in the land provided by the government in year 2014, preparing for the paper which would be required for printing the books after 100 years time. And this project is quickly supported by well-known writers all over the world including Sjón, Margaret Atwood, and David Mitchell, there would be one new text every year to be contributed by one author, then the text would be left and secured until being printed in year 2114, hence being placed in the new public library.
