A Simple Premium Setup
Dum Audio Stereo System

Many individuals take pleasure in a diverse range of music genres and boast expansive record collections. However, not everyone possesses the time or energy to meticulously select each component when assembling a high-quality home stereo system. Dum Audio, based in Canada, was established with the goal of crafting products that are easy to set up and operate, yet still capable of delivering high-fidelity sound.

Founder Noam Sugarman, acknowledging that he’s not an audiophile himself, empathizes with the needs of music enthusiasts who may lack technical expertise. He maintains the Dum Audio stereo system’s simplicity by including a turntable, an amplifier, and a pair of speakers, offering only one version for each product. Emphasizing simplicity does not equate to compromising quality. For instance, the semi-automatic turntable features an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge, ensuring precise and clear sound with minimal noise. It also incorporates a belt-drive motor and a built-in bypassable phono preamp.

The integrated amplifier boasts a power output supporting 100 Watts RMS per channel and 200 Watts RMS for the subwoofer, along with analogue inputs and Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX support. The speakers on each side are equipped with a 7-inch aluminium cone woofer and a 1-inch silk dome tweeter.

The stereo system showcases a distinctive art-deco-inspired design and is constructed with a solid MDF enclosure featuring real hardwood veneer. For those desiring more pronounced bass, an optional passive subwoofer with a 10-inch driver can be seamlessly integrated into the system.
