The Max Factor

A teenager arrives and wins in a car he has not tested nor does it fit him. He hasn’t found its ultimate limits, yet cooly soaks up the intense pressure of multiple world champions just a car length behind, and a world audience looking over his young shoulders. Despite this, he delivers a beautiful lesson on what it means to be a Formula 1 driver.

The Vision

The final 30 laps featured four cars from Red Bull and Ferrari battling nose to tail for position and demonstrated what F1 would look like without the current Mercedes’ stranglehold on performance.
