Lewis Hamilton became the first British driver to defend the F1 world title. The 30-year-old described this championship winning race as “the greatest moment of my life.” He has matured into the complete driver at this point. Long gone are the dumb moves and collisions of his early years.

He exudes confidence and, through his choice of lifestyle, remains focused, his own way, despite it not being what others in the paddock would choose. World Champions are different, with the ability to do what they need to be winners; that’s after all their single job objective. Hamilton has found his style and it works perfectly for him. Good on him.
