The phrase “desire is the mother of invention” seems to be what renowned Lego car builder Firas Abu-Jaber had in mind when he built his very own Nissan GT-R Nismo Lego set.

The Amman-based Lego builder and heralded car enthusiast says that the GT-R Nismo is his favourite car, so he spent long hours fine-tuning the brick set before sharing the final results with other Lego fans.

The GT-R Nismo Lego set features every detail that you see on the physical car. The body consists of only white, black and red bricks; and the recreated large rear wing is a perfect match. Lift the hood, and you’ll find the perfectly detailed 3.8-liter twin-turbo VR38 V6 engine. The fully detailed trunk and doors are openable, revealing an interior matching the real-life GT-R.
