Softly Colourful Dial
Ressence Type 1º Round Multicolour

Established in 2010 by Benoît Mintiens in Antwerp, Ressence has gained renown for its contemporary and minimalistic designs, adhering to the brand’s “Less is More” principle by eliminating unnecessary elements. The latest addition to their collection, the Type 1º Round Multicolour, stands out as one of Ressence’s most vibrant timepieces to date while maintaining the brand’s signature subtle style with a refreshing burst of energy.

This new watch builds upon the foundation of the Type 1° Round, which made its debut earlier in the year and boasts a composition of 212 components. Housed within the 42.7 mm diameter Grade 5 titanium case is a light grey dial. The hour, minute, second, and weekday discs feature contrasting green, blue, yellow, and red shades, respectively. Despite the distinctiveness of these colours, their soft tones harmonize elegantly with each other. White-painted numbers and indexes ensure excellent legibility, complemented by grey hands with coloured tips. The engraved indications are enhanced with extra-strong Super-LumiNova, facilitating easy viewing of the time during nighttime hours.

Powering the watch is the patented Ressence Orbital Convex System, allowing all discs to orbit each other seamlessly. The self-winding calibre beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 36-hour power reserve. The Type 1° Round Multicolour is presented with a light grey rubber strap, a simple choice that accentuates the playful and colourful character of the dial.
