LEGO Technic RC Pagani Huayra

There are a lot of LEGO builders who focus on purely automotive as their subject, but few are as dedicated as the guy behind Sariel’s LEGO Workshop. Paul ‘Sariel’ Kmiec from Poland is a graphic designer with a passion for custom LEGO Technic creations. What makes him special is that his constructions are very technical in nature and including many moving parts. Sariel also documents his progress and he takes his constructions apart after taking photos and videos without keeping any instructions. He doesn’t sell his creations either.

One of his recently published constructions is the above LEGO Technic RC Pagani Huayra. Sariel built it with loose bricks and added externally sourced parts to make it as realistic and exciting as possible. The car is controlled using SBrick and is RWD with remotely controlled transmission. The turn signals of the front and rear lights as well as the turn signals indicators in the dashboard can be manually controlled to match with the actual operation, while the reverse lights are automated. Even the wheels feature custom 3D-printed covers. With this sort of complexity you can understand why all constructions are created once only.
