As restrictions are slowly lifted in Hong Kong, we’re gradually seeing more and more interesting automotive events returning to the city. This weekend just passed, we attended one of the best yet with the first meeting of the Ferrari Owners’ Club of Hong Kong taking place in Repulse Bay to celebrate the birth of the club and offer a chance for its members to share their love of Ferrari with fellow Prancing Horse owners. The event also brought together an amazing selection of rare and exclusive models that don’t often see the light of day — especially not all in the same place.
The Ferrari Owners’ Club of Hong Kong is the only owners’ club officially recognised by Ferrari. Founded by several diehard enthusiasts, the club is also supported by official local Ferrari dealer Blackbird Concessionaires, which leant a hand in designing the club’s uniforms and other merchandise.
Over 30 stunning Ferraris were gathered on the former Repulse Bay Hotel’s site, including the limited 812 Competizione making its Hong Kong debut, and the latest model 296 GTB. Of course, there were quite a few rare and precious classics such as the LaFerrari, F40 and F50, Monza SP2, 250 GT SWB, and more.
If you happen to be a Hong Kong-based Ferrari owner, make sure you check out the new club at FOC.HK.
