Bremont Isle of Man TT chronograph

Isle of Man TT is often regarded as the most dangerous motorsport event in the world, for which the motorcycle race has caused not just a handful of fatal accidents since the first event in 1907. Despite its notoriety, it doesn’t stop riders and spectators flying from different parts of the world to be part of it each May and June. British watchmaker Bremont first started partnering with Isle of Man TT as its official watch and timing partner in 2019. The race event is returning this year after two years of hiatus due to the pandemic, and Bremont has launched a special edition timepiece as commemoration.

Limited to 67 pieces, the Bremont Isle of Man TT chronograph comes in a 43mm steel Trip-Tick case. Inside the bidirectional rotating, ceramic bezel with Tachymeter markers, the Isle of Man TT logo can be found on the black dial at the 6 o’clock position, while the Isle of Man triskelion is debossed on the subdial at 3 o’clock. The equipped Modified Calibre BE-50AV has a frequency of 28,800 bph and 42-hour power reserve, and is water resistant to 200 metres. The back of the special edition watch features the map of the TT mountain racecourse. As for the strap, the black rubber strap is a matching and suitable choice, especially for those who may partake in the demanding endurance race.
