The Kia Procee’d concept was definitely one of the highlights at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. According to a report from Autocar, a production version of the concept car will arrive late next year.

While full details have yet to be confirmed, the report suggests that the car will become part of the expanded Cee’d lineup that will include four different models. The regular hatchback is expected to be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show early next year, together with a wagon variant. The former will be launched exclusively with five doors, with the three-door entry-level model reportedly axed in a move that reflects market demand. It is also said the South Korean automaker has given the car a higher-standard interior.

Meanwhile, a shooting brake variant, alongside a crossover-inspired model that will reportedly slot between the smaller Stonic and larger Sportage, as well as a Procee’d GT are also due later next year.
