Land Shark
BMW Titan Motorcycle Concept

Even though they are computer generated graphics, we bet the BMW Titan Motorcycle Concept has already captured your imagination. This design, utilising bold and aggressive lines is the creation of Ukrainian designer Mehmet Doruk Erdem, and if adapted for today’s roads, the actual vehicle has the potential to reach a stunning top speed of 605 km/h, handily setting new motorcycle land speed records.

The conceptual Titan’s aerodynamics takes inspiration from the hydrodynamics of a shark, where the air going through the tapered nose exits through the exposed air-intakes like a shark’s gills. Inside the fully enclosed cockpit, you will find an advanced instrument dashboard displaying vehicle performance data including suspension status, cooling system operation, and area-specific temperatures. The turbocharged engine’s power is transferred to the rear wheel via the attached swing arm, which according to the designer provides a cleaner look and enhanced aerodynamics. The Titan concept is an expression of Erdem’s determination to provide traditional motorcycle manufacturers with bold and exciting new ideas.
