The American action film “Gone in 60 Seconds”, directed by Dominic Sena and starring Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie is a remake of the original 1974 H.B. Halicki film of the same name. Although the movie didn’t set box office records or receive critical acclaim, the film’s Shelby Mustang GT500 “Eleanor” undoubtedly caused many car enthusiast’s heart to a-flutter.

A “Lego Creator” who goes by the alias “Pix027” has built the movie’s iconic 1967 Shelby GT 500 Mustang using Lego bricks and is seeking supporters to encourage Lego to consider it for production. The Pix027 model consists of over 900 pieces and is built to a 16 stud width, making it a perfect fit with other existing Lego creator expert vehicles. The proposed Lego “Eleanor” features opening doors, adjustable seats, an opening trunk and hood with a detailed engine bay.
