Tesla has spent the past decade expanding from electric cars into energy storage, robotics and even trucks. Now, the company has ventured into its first-ever two-wheeled product: the Tesla Balance Bike for Kids.

Designed for children aged two to five, the balance bike carries the same minimalist styling language that has become synonymous with the brand. Its resemblance to the Cybertruck is unmistakable, with the sharply angled magnesium frame featuring clean, uninterrupted surfaces and geometric lines, giving the bike a futuristic appearance rarely seen in children’s products.

Finished in satin silver with contrasting black forks, wheels and saddle, the design feels more like a scaled-down concept vehicle than a conventional balance bike. A subtle Tesla wordmark runs along the side of the frame, while the familiar ‘T’ emblem sits proudly at the front. The lightweight magnesium construction should also make the bike easier for young riders to handle, while the seat offers five height settings to grow with its owner.

Tesla recommends the balance bike for children with a minimum leg length of 35 cm, a recommended weight limit of 30 kg and a maximum rider weight of 35 kg. Unlike a conventional bicycle, a balance bike has no pedals, allowing children to develop balance, steering and confidence naturally before progressing to a pedal bike.

Priced at USD $225, the Tesla Balance Bike for Kids quickly sold out during its first production run, although new stock is expected soon.
