Ducati XDiavel Thiverval by Fred Krugger

Ducati has given its cruiser XDiavel to customiser Fred Krugger for a fresh new look. The Belgian genius is one of the most renowned bike customisers and has won the AMD Custom Bike Building World Championship twice. The powerful new creation is named after a small race track just outside central Paris called Thiverval. It was showcased during the 2017 Bikers’ Classics last weekend, held at the Belgian Grand Prix circuit Spa-Francorchamps circuit, to thousands of motorbike and racing fans.

The Thiverval shows another side of XDiavel that has not been seen. The engine is left to be viewed in full and the trellis frame is hidden to create an overall sleek appearance. The tank and the tail with integrated exhaust and seat have been completely rebuilt. The Thiverval is mainly black with occasional chrome parts, but Krugger has played with contrasting gloss and matt finishes to highlight the silhouette of the motorbike.
