A Detailed Vision
Mercedes-Maybach Vision 6 Cabriolet Production-Spec

Mercedes-Maybach revealed the Vision 6 Cabriolet concept earlier this month. The 20-foot-long convertible electric concept is what the automaker envisions for 2035 and beyond.

St. Petersburg-based artist Aksyonov Nikita has enhanced the concept further to create a production version. It has been given a navy and white colour scheme, with reimagined headlights incorporating LED daytime running lights. The front bumper is more similar to those found on current Mercedes-Maybach than the original concept, and the wing mirrors are back on Nikita’s rendering.

Elements that have been translated from the original to Nikita’s work include the giant 24-inch wheels with thin spokes, narrow windscreen and the interior design, but the presence of two squarish exhaust pipes means that this version is not a fully electrified model. This is different to what Mercedes-Maybach expected for the powertrain, which is made up of four electric motors offering 739 hp, 0-100 km/h acceleration in less than 4 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h.
