Christie’s Vintage Patek Philippe auction

Patek Philippe is one of those brands that has managed to retain a certain degree of elegance with almost every single one of its releases, thus gaining a solid following. Christie’s New York is arranging a private exhibition and pop-up event of Patek Philippe vintage timepieces later this month.

85 Patek Philippe pieces will be sold in a dedicated online auction from July 13-27. The watches are from a span of decades and a huge price range, with the lowest estimate starting at USD 3,000. One of the rarest models in the auction is the Ref. 2438/1 featuring the brand’s first perpetual calendar.

At the same time, over 300 Patek Philippe watches will be offered in the private selling event. Additionally, more than 20 historically important Patek Philippe watches that have never been displayed will be on loan from global private collectors. These rare watches are available for viewing at 20 Rockefeller Plaza, New York from July 13-23. Further information can be obtained from Christie’s watch specialists worldwide.
