City driving has traditionally prioritised practicality over style. Now, TheArsenale — the platform for mobility and luxury products — has partnered with Renault’s mobility brand Mobilize to launch the Duo TheArsenale Edition, a limited-run electric quadricycle that doubles as a striking design statement.
Measuring just 1.3 metres wide, the Duo is compact enough to slip through narrow streets. Its scissor doors and bold graphic lines bring TheArsenale’s signature aesthetic, turning micromobility into something closer to wearable tech. Sustainability is central too, with more than 40 per cent recycled materials in its build and 95 per cent recyclability at end of life.
Power comes from a fully electric drivetrain with a top speed of 80 km/h and up to 161 km of range — more than enough for daily commuting. Safety is also notable; the Duo is the first in its class with a driver’s airbag, plus force-limiting seatbelts and fireman access technology for emergencies.
Inside, there’s seating for two, 90 litres of storage, and comforts such as heated seats, air conditioning, and smartphone integration via the My Duo app. TheArsenale has also created a capsule apparel line with oversized cuts and bold detailing, extending the design language beyond the vehicle.
Only 100 units of the Duo TheArsenale Edition will be produced, offered in Blue and Neon finishes.
