The F1 Grand Prix of Monaco took place over this past weekend. While the Grand Prix occurs once a year, the latest Codemasters F1 2018 game arrives on 24 August, supplying motorsports and gaming enthusiasts’ with endless enjoyment. Codemasters has released the first trailer of the game, featuring none other than Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team driver  Charles LeClerc challenging the iconic Circuit de Monaco game for a full lap.

Born and raised in Monaco and a dedicated gamer himself, LeClerc was the perfect candidate to test the game. With its realistic portrait of the circuit, the official F1 game seems to have left a good impression on the driver. The latest edition features are more realistically rendered sky, clouds, and terrain, while the inclusion of a player-managed Energy Recovery System (ERS) offers an authentic recreation of the current state of F1 motorsport.
