PowerVision PowerEgg

This egg-shaped aerial quadcopter drone is the PowerEgg developed by PowerVision. While it utilises a 4K Ultra HD aerial camera matched with a triaxial shock head guaranteeing increased stability and shoots 360-degree panoramic videos, that’s only the beginning of its compelling creative features.

At only 4.6lbs., PowerEgg is easy to transport and store. Its landing gear and propeller struts retract back into the housing for easy transportation but flick out for flight, making it fundamentally different from other models currently available on the market. The PowerEgg is capable of flying both indoors and out. Users have two modes of navigation; a standard two-axis controller or a gesture remote designed specifically so the PowerEgg can be quickly and safely launched and recovered by a beginner. Simply wave the remote up to have the PowerEgg climb or sweep to the left and right to have it pan.

The PowerEgg also operates autonomously, travelling between pre-selected waypoints while you control the camera, circling a particular location or even locking its camera on the operator in Selfie Mode. It then transmits high-definition images from a distance of up to five kilometres, and can also fly continuously for up to 23 minutes.

Created to push your creativity beyond your wildest imagination, the PowerEgg will be ready for preorder globally later this month.
