The 2018 McLaren 570s Spider Convertible will make its debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. The event, the biggest of its kind in the world, will be held June 29 to July 2 in the UK.

The new 570s Spider is equipped with a seven-speed transmission and powered by a 3.8-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 562 horsepower and 443 pound-feet torque, making it capable of sprinting from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds with a top speed of 204 mph. Its hardtop roof takes 15 seconds to retract or deploy at vehicle speeds up 25 mph; the top speed with the roof lowered down is 196 mph.

The first 400 units of the 570S Spider will offered as a limited edition in two colours: “Sicilian Yellow” and “Vega Blue”. With prices starting at £164,750, the 570S Spider will begin deliveries in August.
