It’s always a welcome surprise to get Formula 1–related news during the winter break. As reported by numerous outlets, LEGO is set to launch a new Ferrari F2004 & Michael Schumacher set later this year under the LEGO Icons line, following the same format as the McLaren MP4/4 & Ayrton Senna set released in 2024 and last year’s Williams FW14B & Nigel Mansell set.

The F2004 remains one of Ferrari’s most dominant Formula 1 cars. It delivered 15 wins from 18 races during the 2004 season and secured Ferrari its sixth consecutive constructors’ title. Schumacher also claimed 13 victories that year, sealing his fifth consecutive drivers’ championship and his seventh overall.

While LEGO has yet to make an official announcement, leaked images from Mexican retailer Bodega Aurrera suggest the Ferrari F2004 & Michael Schumacher set (11375) will contain 735 pieces. The familiar red-and-white livery appears without tobacco branding, but with an 18+ age recommendation, the model is expected to include intricate detailing, likely within the engine bay. The set also includes a Schumacher minifigure in his racing suit, complete with helmet and trophy, along with a display stand featuring his photo and his well-known quote: “I’ve always believed that you should never, ever give up and you should always keep fighting even when there’s only the slightest chance.”

The set is expected to launch on 1 March, priced at US$89.99.
