Artistic Stayover
Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel

With a pastel colour palette belonging to Miami MiMo, a Wes Anderson film or art deco style, the brand new Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel brings out a different side of the island famous for partying hard.

Located near the beautiful bay of San Antonio and around some of the best beaches, the art hotel is keen to inject a different aesthetic into the area. From its pink walls and bold lobby decorations to the poolside bar, Paradiso offers an Instagram-worthy background for one’s stay. With retro bar stools, circular framed mirrors and a Smeg refrigerator inside the suites, the furniture draws hotel guests into a 1970s vibe. Each suite features work from an international artist, and there is a small gallery in the common area showcasing art pieces from different artists.

In addition, guests are encouraged to create their own art if they feel so inspired. There is a guest room in the middle of the lobby made entirely of glass walls, named the Zero Suite, which can be booked by anyone for a free night, provided one is all right with one’s actions being viewed as performance art and possibly even to be recorded. The hotel also has plans to invite emerging artists to stay at the hotel during weekends to allow them to reach out to a wider audience.
