It’s easy to associate Bentley with the ultra-luxurious limo, but the marque does have a fair amount of history in motorsports and speed-chasing. Just earlier this year, the Continental GT created a  new fastest production car Pikes Peak record with 10 minutes and 18.4 seconds. Driven by three-time champion and former ‘King of the Mountain’ Rhys Millen, the Continental GT completed the 12.42-mile course in Colorado 8.4 seconds less than the previous record. Now Bentley is releasing a limited edition Continental GT for the achievement.

Limited to just 15 examples, the commemorative edition features Radium green paintwork from the Mulliner bespoke division and a new carbon fibre kit. The same shade can be also be found on the Pirelli P Zero Colour Edition tyres, while the brake disc calipers are in Acid Green. Gloss black detailing adorns the front lower bumper inserts, roof panel, wing mirrors and rear surfaces, and the optional ‘100’ grille celebrates the hill climb achievement happening on Bentley’s centenary year.

Inside, the Radium theme continues on the trims, steering wheel and stitches on the seats. Pikes Peak embroidery can be found on the seat headrests, and each car will have one of the five different graphics resembling a section of the Pikes Peak track and the record-setting time on the passenger side of the dashboard.
