Undercover designer Jun Takahashi’s “make noise, not clothes” ethos has set him apart from his contemporary. The designer stays true to the punk-rock spirit he cites as key inspiration, and the same attitude has been carried to the upcoming Nike x Undercover collection.

Nike’s second collaboration with Undercover, first debuted on Paris runways, includes a parka, a pullover hoodie, a short sleeve kangaroo pocket top, a cargo pant and two shoes, and the Nike x Undercover React Boot easily stands out from the collection. Combining a classic rubber boot and new technologies, it looks unlike any other in the market with its complex design of mixed materials and shades. The slip-on upper makes it easy to wear and the zipped closure secures the fit, while the Nike React technology provides a smooth, responsive wearing. The boot also channels the classic Nike Air Pressure air pump technology for customisable comfort and support around the foot. A Special tool and instruction manual are included in the box so the wearer can get the most out of the technology.

The Nike x Undercover React comes in two colourways – Baroque Brown/Amber Rise and Black/Blue Nebula. It will drop with the rest of the capsule at the Nike website on 30 November.
