LEGO Builds a Life Size Version of Ferrari SF70H

As if successfully constructing a full-scale McLaren 720S supercar entirely in building blocks wasn’t enough, LEGO has raised the bar with a new creation that has set our faces to stun – the 1:1 replica of the Ferrari SF70H.

The SF70H, Ferrari’s 2017 F1 race car uses a total of 349,991 bricks and weighs 567 kg, which is just 161 kg lighter than the actual car (the net weight of the SF70H is 728 kg). According to LEGO, the team spent a total of 844 hours on development followed by another 750 hours completing the model, ensuring the replica is as close to the genuine thing as possible.
