Serving Quietly At Home
Exclusive Objects by Richard Clarkson Studio

moving on from the “Floating Cloud” we covered a few months ago, Richard Clarkson Studio has now created a stunning household and tabletop collection. The Exclusive Objects collection comprises of five minimalistic pieces that are designed using a simple manifesto; each object must be minimal in style, geometric in form, honest in material, elegant in simplicity and sculptural to the core.

In the collection there is a cast brass, paperweight-like cube that can double as a bottle opener, a self-balancing concrete hemisphere with just a brass candle socket on top that serves as a candlestick holder, brass points as wall hooks, a fruit bowl made by putting a brass disc and 20 brass rods together, and a self-clamping bookend for standard thickness shelves. All of the objects share the same low key aesthetic and somehow serve their purpose in a quiet and calm way. More objects are expected from the collection soon.
