Nearly three years after the debut of the EVO37 Martini7, Kimera returns with a new limited edition inspired by the iconic Martini Racing livery. The EVO38 Collezione Martini once again draws on some of motorsport’s most celebrated chapters.
The EVO38 Collezione Martini is available in Dry Green, Vermouth Red, and Pearl White, but it’s the latter that captured the most attention as it opened the track at the Historic Rally Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. Based on the already extreme EVO38, the new model’s 2.1-litre four-cylinder with twin supercharging now produces 640 hp, up from 600 hp in standard form. This increase is made possible through the use of biofuels such as ethanol E85, with torque also rising by 22% to 700 Nm.
Visually, the differences from the standard EVO38 are just as striking. A new bonnet air intake, increased use of carbon and carbon-Kevlar in the bodywork, centre-lock (monodado) wheels and auxiliary headlights all contribute to a more overtly race-focused character. The defining feature, of course, is the Martini livery, complete with “Martini Racing” script across the prominent rear wing.
The interior of the EVO38 Collezione Martini is equally distinctive, featuring blue Alcantara trim, Sparco bucket seats, red racing harnesses and analogue gauges, along with Martini-striped accents throughout.
Kimera states that the EVO38 Collezione Martini will be produced in “vanishingly limited” numbers, with only a small portion of the allocation still available. Pricing starts from €1.15 million, with the possibility of additional colours, ranging from blue and black to silver and bronze, suggested on Kimera’s official website.
