Pininfarina PF0 to be revealed privately at Monterey

The newly founded Automobili Pininfarina will debut the fully electric hypercar PF0 during next month’s Monterey Car Week in California. However, only the selected few will be able to view the show car in person as the automaker intend to host private client viewings only.

In fact, Pininfarina’s design director Luca Borgogno has been doing a few in private sessions, first in Rome then in New York, to introduce the ultra-luxurious car to potential clients and retail partners.

Pininfarina PF0 will be powered by four electric motors that output 2,000 hp combined. The hypercar is set to weigh less than 2,000 kg and accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds before reaching the top speed at 402 km/h. It also has a substantially long range at 500 km. The production model is said to be delivered towards the end of 2020 and only limited examples will be produced.
