Inspired by the golden era of racing, New York-based watch and accessories label Autodromo has partnered with Ford Motor Company to create watches for the Ford GT, the fastest production car ever to wear the Blue Oval. The collection comprises two exclusive models; a customisable high-end piece produced exclusively for owners of the Ford GT, and a special edition timepiece celebrating the endurance racing heritage of this iconic car and it predecessors.

The Ford GT Endurance Chronograph is inspired by 1960’s racing while celebrating the long and continuing story of Ford at Le Mans, most notably the brands success in 1966 and 1967 after the five year dominance of Ferrari. While the Owner’s Edition features an ultra modern design that is an homage to the current LM GTE-Pro car and comes in a larger case size, the Endurance Chronograph measures a more civilised 40 mm, and has a vintage-inspired look with a dial design reminiscent of the original liveries worn by the cars in the 1960’s. Powered by the reliable Seiko VK series mecha-quartz two register chronograph movement, the timepiece comes in five colourways.

The collection is available for pre-order now with delivery expected in December.
