Tribute To The Legacy
Leica CL

Within less than six months, Leica will be releasing another new APS-C mirrorless interchangeable lens camera. The new CL is named after the classic camera from 1973, inheriting its compact body and retro look, but is also equipped with 2.36 million dots EyeRes electronic viewfinder. Like the recently-released TL2, the CL has a 24 MP APS-C sized CMOS sensor and is compatible with all TL and SL lenses. Two setting dials and a hot shoe can be found on the top plate. While the D-pad and three buttons on the body offer easy handling, the LCD touch display has to be reduced to just 3-inches. Other features include a built-in Maestro II image processor, 49-point autofocus, 4K video shooting, 32GB of storage and integrated Wi-Fi module.

Launched at the same time as the Leica CL is the Elmarit-TL 18mm f/2.8 ASPH lens. it is available in sliver and black matching the colour of CL and TL2 cameras.
