Bugatti is celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. As the first tribute to the occasion the automaker has unveiled a special edition of Chiron Sport. The ‘110 ans Bugatti’ not only marks the establishment of the brand 110 years ago but also underlines its origin and French roots.
Displaying as the key motif is the traditional French tricolour of blue, white and red which decorates various parts inside and out. It includes the exterior mirror caps, the fuel filler cap and the underside of the huge rear wing. The body is made of carbon fibre and painted in matt Steel Blue paintwork, while the front end consists of exposed carbon fibre in Steel Blue Carbon. The subtle dual-tone design can be traced back in 1920s when it represents nothing but super luxury. The French theme continues inside the cabin with the tricolour embroidery on the headrests and the back rests of the sports seats plus the steering wheel. Even though the performance is identical to other Chiron Sport, with only 20 examples to be built the exquisite limited edition is surely dedicated to the Francophiles.
