The latest LEGO Star Wars set should surprise many with its giant presence and 4,784-pieces. The Imperial Star Destroyer model will be released under the LEGO Ultimate Collector Series, capturing all the fine details of the starship that first seen in the opening of Star Wars: A New Hope.
In the film the Devastator is 1600-meter long, the LEGO model itself would need some room to show off too, measuring at 43” long, 26” wide and 17” high withstand and is the longest LEGO Star War starship. The details like swiveling guns, tilting radar dish, huge engine exhausts and complex surface are all here together with the Imperial Officer and Imperial Crewmember Minifigures, but what captures the attention most is the buildable version of the Rebels’ Tantive IV starship which can also sit at the bottom of the Devastator. As tiny as the Tantive IV looks it comes in scale with the main starship, so feel free to create your own version of the chasing sense.
The Devastator set will be available on 1 October at US$ 699, but LEGO VIPs could get it first starting from 18 September on LEGO website.
