The F8 Tributo Arrives
Ferrari F8 Tributo launches in Hong Kong

After its debut at the Geneva Motor Show back in March this year, Ferrari’s latest mid-engined V8 expression, the F8 Tributo, has finally arrived in Hong Kong.

Unveiled at the launch event at Elements by official Ferrari Hong Kong dealer Blackbird Concessionaires, followed by a three-day presentation alongside other current Ferrari range models and displays of Tailor Made customisation programme and Ferrari Genuine After Market Accessories, the successor to the 488 GTB has been upgraded to further enhance performance and driving experience. The award-winner V8 engine featured on F8 Tributo is the most powerful one on a Ferrari range model to date, and is now tuned to produced 720 cv and 770 Nm, generating 50 cv more over its predecessor with powerful engine noise.

The stunning bodywork and improved aerodynamics are derived from technologies of the marque’s GT racing programs. For example, the downforce is increased by 15% thanks to the S-duct in F8 Tributo’s front fascia, an element shared with the special series 488 Pista. Overall there is a 40 kg weight reduction and a 10% increase in aerodynamic efficiency compared to its predecessor, resulted by a combination of improvements such as rearward angled front radiators, repositioned engine air intakes on the sides of the rear spoiler, and the special lexan rear engine cover with louvres paying homage to the legendary F40.

Other features include improved handling characteristics with an upgraded Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer (FDE+) designed to ensure drivers of all levels can unlock the full potential of F8 Tributo at ease, while the driver-oriented cabin has new dash, door panels and tunnel, an updated HMI (Human Machine Interface) and a slightly smaller steering wheel for better driver response and agility.
