In Paul Smith 2015 Fall/Winter collection, Sir Paul reminiscences the 70’s silhouette such as wide shoulders, peak lapels and high breaks in suit jackets, as well as the high-waist, cropped legs and slight flare trousers to bring the classic style back in a modern way.

Apart from being influenced by the 70’s fashion style, he also draws inspiration from artistic adventurers Josef and Anni Albers, where the references come from their work and their journey to Mexico. It results in an earthy palette that consists of oatmeal, grey and light peach and sit beside more sun-drenched hues of orange and green.

Known for its superb tailoring and the use of modern fabrics, the collection also finds recurring use of blocks on wool outerwear with a geometric touch, as well as cashmere blankets and tailoring constructed with especially fabricated cloth.
