Koenigsegg debuted its latest aero package for the Regera in Monterey last week, with a fleet of Agera RS and other earlier models also being exhibited.

The Regera is positioned as a luxury alternative to other extreme and race-like Koenigsegg models. The new aero package with new front and rear winglets and a deeper front spoiler brings the car a bit closer to its siblings. The new rear winglets complement the top-mounted rear spoiler. Koenigsegg mentions that the aero package can raise the available downforce to 385 kg compared to the 310 kg on the standard Regera.

The powertrain of Regera remains the same, featuring three electric motors and a twin-turbocharged 5.0 litre V8 engine that generates 1,500 hp combined and allows the car to reach 400 km/h in 20 seconds.
