Rolls-Royce has launched the “Pebble Beach 2019 Pastel Collection” which see three signature models – Ghost, Dawn and Wraith – finished with soft hues inspired by the palette of colours from this year’s wildflower super bloom on the Monterey Peninsula.
A total of 13 Rolls-Royce Bespoke Commissions were being offered exclusively for visitors to the Monterey Car Week 2019, yet the three soft coloured one-offs could be the most interesting ones as they are Black Badges Commissions that aren’t actually black. First one is the Ghost Black Badge in new body finish Light Green Solid, a pastel green represents the rebirth of the flora on the area after years of drought and fire. The interior is fitted in Serenity Green and black leather. The droptop Dawn is finished in Coral Solid and seven coats of paint were applied before nine hours of hand-polishing to achieve such effect. The Arctic White chairs are matched with Sunset orange leather. Lastly, the powerful Wraith has a bright Semaphore Yellow exterior paired with Grey and Lemon interior and Rolls-Royce Black Badge Starlight Headliner. It’s difficult not to adore the three examples that bring a breath of fresh air into the car week.
