Swedish toy company Playsam is famous for its contemporary takes on classic silhouettes. Previously they have create toy versions of Volvo and Saab cars, and they have recently launched a collaboration with Maserati.

Playsam has created wooden version of Maserati Levante and Alfieri as the first two models and they are now available for order. Each car is crafted from a solid piece of Walnut, and features smooth and circular lines.

The full collaboration sees Playsam’s Scandinavian reinterpretations of up to ten models of classic Maserati sports cars from the 1950s to 1970s. On top of the that, Playsam is also developing ride-ons, stationary as well as technology accessories for Maserati.
